PV system for Oberwil community centre
We are delighted to have realised a sophisticated PV system on the roof of the Oberwil community centre together with Planeco GmbH. Despite numerous challenges - including a green roof, existing fall protection, various roof structures and sources of shading - we were able to realise a high-performance system with around 35 kWp install.
Thanks to well thought-out planning with harmonious Combination of PV and green roofsafe maintenance cycles and the use of modules from the Hail resistance class 4 the plant is ideally prepared for the future. Round 80 % of the electricity generated are utilised directly in the building - an important contribution to the economic efficiency of the system and the sustainability of the community. The yield data can also be viewed in real time at any time via the energy manager.
